We enjoyed our stay overall. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The pantry probably had 50 worth of organic spices, but only provided one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and was missing a hair dryer. The host didn't offer to replace it, but offered to reimburse us if we bought one, when a drive to Walmart is probably 30 minutes one way.

Thank you for your feedback. I do provide hair dryers in the home, but there are rare cases when guests misplace them. In such situations, I offer reimbursement so guests can purchase one immediately if they wish, rather than having to wait for a delivery. Regarding toiletries, I always stock a starter pack that’s sufficient for the home’s maximum number of guests. Had I known you needed more during your stay, I would have gladly sent my team to deliver additional supplies right away. Unfortunately, you didn’t reach out about this at the time. I did offer options to resolve the hair dryer situation and ensured the home was well-stocked at check-in. I truly would have welcomed the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay so we could have turned the situation around for you.
