The Space:
This superb condo offers a spacious and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing with friends. Settle in with a drink while others enjoy a game of pool. The whirlpool tub and multi-jet shower, including a rain shower, promise moments of pure relaxation.
Located on the ground floor, the condo opens onto a vast open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen, with a bar island and large dining table, is ideal for preparing your favorite meals. In the living room, a sectional sofa that converts into a bed, a television, and an elegant pool table complete the convivial atmosphere.
Accommodating up to 8 people, the unit features 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while an adjoining room (without a door) houses a double bed and connects to a bedroom with a queen-size bed.
Also take advantage of the nearby banks to breathe in the fresh river air, relax in a hammock, or spend an evening around the fire.

This property was for the most part a good deal but there were some things that should be known up front that are not highlighted in the listing:One of the bedrooms does not have its own entrance or door, it is in the back of one of the other bedrooms. While this may work for a family with children it was not ideal for us. In the first part of the online listing it appears that there are 3 normal bedrooms and only when you read the fine print does it point out that one bedroom does not have a door BUT it does not explain that it is accessed through one of the other bedrooms. The property is a converted motel that sits on the main 4 lane highway which is Route 138. The bigger unit that we stayed in is closest to the road and when you are in the kitchen you are literally 25 from one of the lanes. Road noise was noticeable and should probably be mentioned in the listing. As it was winter when we were there a awning of sorts was installed along the entire bank of motel doors which was quite good as a wind & weather break but unfortunately a metal rod protruded from this awning and had to be stepped over to access our entrance. It was a major tripping hazard and I can’t believe that it has not been removed or remedied. Again, as it was winter, we had to shovel the snow to the entrance which did not seem very inviting or acceptable. The kitchen was large and had the basics, the pool table was a nice addition but had very worn out rails and most of the cues were broken.

Nous avons passé 10 jours à tenter de joindre le gestionnaire local qui ne répondait pas aux appels et mails. La procédure de paiement avait échoué 10 jours plus tôt et personne n’a pu résoudre ce problème. À la veille de partir en voyage, nous avons dû louer un autre logement. Nous n’avons aucune responsabilité dans cette affaire, pourtant des frais nous ont été prélevés.
Très déçu de ma location. Message envoyé à l'hôte et aucune réponse à part pour les messages envoyés automatiquement. Le condo est bien dans l'ensemble, mais il manquait un peu d'équipements (ustensiles de cuisson, essuies-tout). Les tasses sont tâchées. Les bâtons de billard sont tous brisés. Il est assez mal situé. Les fenêtres donnent directement sur le boulevard Ste-Anne. Pas très reposant avec le bruit. De plus, les voisins ont fait le party jusqu'aux petites heures du matin et la musique a continuée dès 6h le matin. Le terrain n'était pas aussi beau et vaste que sur les photos. Je n'y retournerai assurément pas.
