Sweet, Clean Mountain Chalet

Beautiful property, 30 ish miles from Old Quebec City. Mountain views, snow dusted woodland trails and a comfortable, tastefully decorated chalet. Spacious enough for three teens and parents. The hottub was a must and we loved the heated floors!

Beautiful location, perfect stay

I was inspired by the pictures to book my stay here, but they didn’t even do justice to how beautiful the property was. During the first week of October, the autumn colors were excellent, and the property was very secluded. The chalet itself was extremely clean and cozy, with all modern fixtures. Perfect space for a relaxing fall retreat!

Amazing stay at the Chalet

The Chalet was awesome and gave a very good modern to traditional feeling which is exactly what I was looking for. The people in the area were very kind as well. I was under the impression that the kayak and dock would be private but it's shared amongst all other Noges which isn't bad as people are nice.But it's good to know ahead of booking. Overall it was a great experience and very nice to enjoy!

Mountain Chalet

I can't say enought about this property. A definite 5/5 stars. What a beautiful chalet and perfect location. We completely enjoyed taking out the paddleboards and kayaks everyday on the lake. In the morning we enjoyed our cups of coffee on the back porch with a beautiful mountain view! It really doesn't get any better! Our family of 5 had plenty of space in the chalet. The hot tub was a fantastic way to relax at the end of a busy day of exploring Quebec city! We loved the simplicity of the house and it was extremely clean with everything that we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Quebec! It was absolutey perfect!!!

Amazing Views!

My husband and I stayed here on our last leg of our trip in Canada celebrating our anniversary. It was the perfect place to relax after all the walking and sightseeing we had done during the week. The hot tub was such a treat for our tired legs! The views were breathtaking in and out of the chalet! We spent our time reading, exploring the property, visiting the chickens, playing our Trails board game, cooking, and listening to podcasts while taking in the scenery. The chalet's kitchen was well equipped to make meals during our stay. Unfortunately, due to the wildfires, we weren't able to have an outside fire. Luckily, we were still able to enjoy the indoor fireplace during the cool, wet weather we had. There was a fee for wood for the indoor fireplace, so be aware of that. I definitely recommend staying here if you can! It has been our favorite VRBO rental yet! It's a hard one to beat!

Plusieurs points positifs ex: intérieur chaleureux, cuisine fonctionnelle, accès à l’eau, ceinture de sécurité, feu de camp, bois à volonté. Pour les points négatifs voici: l’instruction pour le Wifi dans le message d’accueil était erroné et puis il serait vraiment pertinent d’installer un abri soleil à l’extérieur compte tenu de l’orientation de la cour arrière au sud-ouest. Lorsque que le thermomètre grippe il est impossible de rester à l’extérieur pour profiter du dehors. Voilà !

Super séjour d'hiver

Très beau chalet, parfait pour 5-6 adultes tant que vertains peuvent monter l'échelle pour accéder à la mezzanine. Immersion dans la nature parfaite avec les grandes fenêtres, le spa, le lac et les équipements disponibles. Cuisine bien équipée aussi. On va revenir!

Site exceptionnel et par la configuration du chalet, nous avons pu observer les étoiles de l'intérieur. Nous aimerions y retourner en été pour profiter du lac à proximité. Seul bémol, le matelas de la deuxième chambre au RdeC n'est pas confortable, trop mou. Un autre point qui est, par contre, tributaire aux usagers, la vaisselle (chaudron, poêle, tôle) n'était pas propre. Nous avons dû laver celle-ci avant son utilisation.

Manque de vaisselle pour 6 adultes et verres non-lavés, manque 1 napperon, linges à vaisselle avaient une forte odeur nauséabonde (j’ai dû les faire bouillir dans l’eau savonneuse), moustiquaire de la porte-patio troué, difficile à ouvrir et à fermer, un peu mieux dans la chambre. Belle vue, beau chalet, beau sentier (indications pas claires), spa super, paddle board et kayak supers. Lits confortables.

Beautiful Property & Great Location!

We loved our 5-night stay at the chalet and will definitely re-visit someday! It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Dominique was also very helpful with our stay! The chalet is very cozy - love the radiant floor heating, plus the wood stove in the living room. The Christmas decorations were a festive touch. The land it is on is beautiful, especially with the snow - great views from the hot tub! We even tried snowshoeing for the first time. Quebec City is a rather quick drive. Definitely check out Montmorency Falls. Our dog Charlie loved the stay too!

Environnement magnifique pour déconnecter, faire une petite randonnée dans les sentiers, reconnecter avec la nature tout en bénéficiant d’un chalet moderne (confort, paix et vue au rdv). La propriétaire a su répondre à nos multiples questions durant notre séjour et ce de manière transparente et bienveillante. Un gros merci, nous avons fini nos vacances dans ce chalet et ce fut une merveille.

Hidden Jewel Off the Beaten Path

We really enjoyed ourselves in this Scandinavian style cottage. The place was clean, stylish and in a beautiful natural setting. We were easily able to relax and the cottage comfortably slept our entire family (5 people). Our hosts were super attentive and thoughtful but allowed us all the privacy we wanted. Awesome place and people!

Great Place for a peaceful escape

Beautiful place for a peaceful escape. The check-in process was smooth and the view from the house is beautiful. We also got fresh eggs in the morning from the chicken coop which was also an exciting experience. There is a trek into the forest but the path was still under construction. Beautiful place

My wife and I had a great time at this cabin. The nature surrounding the place was spectacular. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. There is even a car charging station 4 minutes walk down the road. My spouse and I are planning to visit again latter this year.
