New apartment building with high tech entry keypad. Centralize location close to downtown and Chinatown. The area has a few other new apartment buildings and appears to be transforming into a trendy neighborhood in a few years. I enjoyed the apartment layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It provided a lot of privacy. New appliances and great water pressure. Minor drawback is street parking. I stayed for only two nights over a weekend and was able to find parking within a half a block of the building.
