Less than 15 minutes to the University of Tennessee campus, South Knoxville, Ijams and Farragut. Complete with essential amenities like WiFi and Washer/Dryer. Guests have the entire first floor (1,100 SQ FT) of the home exclusively to themselves with a private porch and entrance. Owner occupies the ground floor unit. We are pet friendly, however, your dog must be included in the reservation.

Extremely clean, it’s always impressive to find a pet friendly home that does not smell like pets. There was some conflicting information about quiet time hours. 10pm was on the listing but the magnet on the fridge says 9. The couch did not support relaxation. Beds were soft and sheets were comfy. Would recommend for small quiet family or friend groups.
