East River Water Views and marina access in walking distance
Be a guest at our recently renovated home on the East River. We expect that you will fall in love with the house and the area. The house has two master suites and a smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. You will find that the large kitchen is a great place to cook and generally hang out. Bring your boat, we have arrangements with the owner for docking visiting boats. Hang out on the front porch and view the East River. The back porch has a new grill. House rule: No pets or smoking allowed.

My wife Betty and I have been married for 44 years. I love being near or on the water. We own a 36 Sabre yacht which we keep near us at compass marina. We spend a great part of our time at mathews yacht club. We are new with Vrbo .
Why they chose this property
We found the village of Mobjack thru a long time friend who lives in Mobjack near us. We love Mobjack because it is oriented on the water. You have water on three sides which creates a lovely bay breeze in the summer months.
What makes this property unique
Grace Sea is unique because it’ is like a new old house in a river ward village. Check out our pictures to see inside and outside. Super clean with great sheets and large kitchen.
