East River Views - Renovated 1905 house- 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths
Be a guest at our recently renovated home on the East River. We expect that you will fall in love with the house and the area. The house has two master suites and a smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. You will find that the large kitchen is a great place to cook and generally hang out. Bring your boat, we have arrangements with the owner for docking visiting boats. Hang out on the front porch and view the East River. The back porch has a new grill. House rule: No pets or smoking allowed.

My wife Betty and I live in Mobjack VA. Betty is from Up State NY and I am from Virginia. We enjoy sailing and living on the Chesapeake Bay. We recently bought and renovated Grace Sea vacation rental. We look forward to meeting our guests and sharing our new home.
Why they chose this property
We found the village of Mobjack thru a long time friend who lives in Mobjack near us. We love Mobjack because it is oriented on the water and a quite place to chill out. We have water on three sides which creates a lovely bay breeze in the summer months.
What makes this property unique
Grace Sea is unique because it’ is like a new old house in a river oriented village. Check out our pictures to see inside and outside. Super clean with great sheets and large kitchen.
