A relaxing 5 bedroom villa overlooking Pelican Bay and close to the desired west end of Anguilla. Our guests will have stunning sea vews from almost every room in the villa.

With floor to ceiling windows on both the first and second floors, you can gaze out to the ocean and neighboring St. Martin from the time you wake up until the time you fall asleep.

Our villa provides a modern design with all the desired amenities that will pamper you from the time you arrive and see that bottle of Champagne waiting for you to pop open and start to unwind.

We know your on vacation and our villa will provide everything you need for a vacation you will remember for a lifetime. We can accommodate up to 10 people, so go ahead and invite your friends and family to join you.

We are within minutes of the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal and you can watch the ferry arrive and depart from the deck. Our concierge will meet you at the Terminal or Airport and escort you to the villa. If you are looking for a car to rent, you may rent one directly at the terminal or we can arrange to have a car delivered to the villa.

The island is easy to navigate and with 33 beaches, some voted best in the world, you will want the ability to explore them.

The Villa comes with a gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances including a wine fridge, a large living room, a large deck and new swimming pool. Also, the entire villa has central air which is not common in Anguilla.

The main level has a large open living and dinning room with floor to ceiling windows on the front and back of the villa. So even as you approach the villa, you can look through to the ocean and St. Martin. The floors are a beautiful travertine and run throughout the villa. There is a small book library that you can borrow from. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the dinning room. There is a powder room located next to the kitchen. A large Bedroom is located on this floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom for any guests that do not want to navigate stairs. Large Closets give you plenty of space for storage.

On the second level there are 4 more bedrooms. All have the same amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows of the sea and St. Martin. At night, the moon shines on the water and the twinkling lights of St. Martin make for a serene and calming view. Each bedroom comes with a private ensuite bathroom and large closets. The mattresses are the same as you will find in the most upscale hotels. There are two master suite with King Beds and walk in closets. The west master has a balcony that you can sit out in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee as you begin your day in paradise. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, large closets and ensuite bathrooms with double vanity sinks.

But let's face it, your here for the sun, beach and wonderful weather. Outside we have a large deck where you can sit and have breakfast, relax on a sofa or gently swing on a daybed and soak in the magic of Anguilla. When it comes to getting wet, we have a lot of options. First a small, shallow kiddie pool is available if you have any little ones that came along with you. We have a spa that can be heated with jets to relax you. Our pool is new and large. Overlooking the sea, you can swim laps or just lay in the golden sun. And finally, there is a small footpath to a small secluded beach that you can take a dip in the shallow water of Pelican Bay.

We have all the pool amenities that you would want, along with snorkeling gear to take to any beaches you explore. There is also an outdoor ping pong table and corn hole games if you want to be more active.
