Three Dolphins is an elegantly furnished estate on the British West Indies Isle of Anguilla and provides a private luxurious escape for families, couples and friends alike. Purchased by its' current owners, Lisa & Steve in 2017, Three Dolphins has undergone numerous upgrades over the years including the most recent renovation begun in September 2024 and completed in March 2025.
Overlooking its own secluded small strand of white sand beach, Three Dolphins has breathtaking views of the neighboring islands of St. Maarten, St. Bart's and Saba. The Villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or small group holiday.
Three Dolphins is truly a luxurious and beautifully appointed villa. The property is comprised of the Main House, with three air-conditioned bedrooms suites, living and dining rooms, and office / TV Room all fully open to the outdoor decks and terraces through wooden louvered doors. Two air-conditioned bedroom suites in the Cabana complete the accommodation.
An adjacent Gourmet Kitchen, with windows and doors that connect with the outdoor dining area, can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi course catered dining event. Outdoor decks with ample seating surround the ocean front 50X15 foot saltwater pool including a new covered Gazebo.
Three Dolphins is positioned on a small beach in front of the villa, with easy gate access from the front of the property. Watch friends and family snorkel from the over-beach wooden deck or the upper level bedroom balconies or relax on one of the many breeze cooled verandas.
The villa is maintained by a Team who have been with the villa for years, and together they ensure that our guest's needs are consistently provided for. A Guest Manager / Concierge is also available to personally tailor your stay, from booking to departure ~ helping organize all of your vacation needs from arrival provisions. Private Chefs, Babysitters, excursions and reservations.

I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean. From having a holiday home in Antigua to sailing down the Grenadines to Looking for a place for a recording studio; I first happened on Anguilla in 1976 while on a recce round the islands. Air Studios, was eventually built on Montserrat, but my heart was always on Anguilla. The island and her people are really truly beautiful and unique. After living in London, which I also still love, I finally moved here permanently in 2000 for the sea and the sunshine and the wonderful friendships I have made.
Why they chose this property
I have been coming to Anguilla since 1977. When I decided to buy a villa, location was paramount. I wanted somewhere near the West End and all the facilities that the West End of the Island enjoys with easy and quick access to the Valley and the Airport and the Ferry to St. Martin. This location could not be better placed to enjoy all the facilities of Anguilla without feeling you are having to drive to get anywhere.
What makes this property unique
Three Dolphins really is on the sea, ..we access the beach from a gate right on the property., with the beach directly in front of the Villa. You really can watch your family/friends snorkel from either the wooden deck over looking the beach or your bedroom balcony or the cabana swinging bamboo bed.
A five minute drive to the Golf Course and two minute drive to the Tennis Academy makes both of those facilities quick and easy from Three Dolphins.
The wonderful Three Dolphin housekeepers, Kathleen and Jocelyn, have been here from the beginning, even before me, and provide great service and will as one guest wrote about them, 'You made our special vacation even more wonderful'.
We are perfectly located for all the World Renowned restaurants and amenities of The West End and Sandy Ground, the Airport and Ferry Terminal and The Valley. and yet not far from Shoal Bay and the East End and Island Harbour.
A five minute drive to the Golf Course and two minute drive to the Tennis Academy makes both of those facilities quick and easy from Three Dolphins.
