The appartment lies in a great location close to the beach. The appartment was clean and tastefully equipped with all a family night need and much more including all the necessary kitchenware and above all a dishwasher and washing machine. We had a problem with wi fi that we did not manage to solve, but the owner did try to help. Thank you for the time and hopefully we will come again next summer.

Ich war eine Woche mit meinen Kindern in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Strände in Varigotti sind wunderschön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind Rarität, am Wochenende fast unmöglich. Wir sind am Mittwoch um 11 Uhr angekommen und haben Glück gehabt. Das Auto haben wir stehen gelassen und sind die ganze Woche mit dem Bus gefahren (Das hat auch gut funktioniert).WLAN hat nicht funktioniert! Erst am letzten Tag ist jemand, ohne Voranmeldung, gekommen zum reparieren. Für uns war das nicht schlimm aber wenn jemand unbedingt WLAN braucht wird schwierig. Check in ab 9 Uhr angegeben, aber in die Wohnung dürften wir erst ab 14 Uhr. Ist OK wenn man das vorher weiß (bei der Hitze warten ist nicht schön)Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Varigotti gehabt und würden sofort die Wohnung wieder mieten. Vielen Dank

Sehr schönes Appartment, mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert und der Defekt konnte auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden.Freie Parkplätze sind im August außerordentlich rar, so das wir das Auto stehen gelassen haben und den Bus benutzt haben!

Les communications avec le propriétaire ont été très bonnes et l’appartement était très bien et proche de la plage.Parfois ke stationnement peut être difficile les fins de semaine.Quand nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait pas d’internet et comme le propriétaire n’est pas sur place nous avons dû aller chercher au bureau poste le router ce qui a coûté du temps et des frais et nous avons dû rester sur place le jour où le technicien a fait l’installation. Le wifi est maintenant très rapide.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire et pour vos mots très positifs concernant l’appartement, sa proximité avec la plage et la qualité de nos échanges. Nous souhaitons simplement préciser qu’au moment de votre réservation, la connexion Wi-Fi ne faisait pas partie des services inclus. Toutefois, bien que résidant à l’étranger, le propriétaire a tenu à répondre favorablement à votre demande et s’est personnellement mobilisé pour organiser son installation. Il a recherché un opérateur et un technicien, effectué de nombreuses démarches et appels téléphoniques, souscrit un abonnement mensuel qu’il n’a pas facturé en supplément, et consacré beaucoup de temps et d’énergie afin de vous offrir ce service. Le retrait du routeur à la poste ainsi que votre présence lors de l’intervention du technicien ont effectivement été nécessaires dans le cadre de cette installation exceptionnelle. Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre coopération. Nous sommes ravis que la connexion soit désormais très rapide et qu’elle puisse également bénéficier à nos futurs locataires. Tous les propriétaires n’auraient peut-être pas entrepris de telles démarches à distance, mais il nous tenait à cœur de faire le maximum pour rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Concernant le stationnement, il peut effectivement être un peu plus difficile de trouver une place certains week-ends, particulièrement pendant les périodes de forte fréquentation, en raison de la proximité immédiate de la plage. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre séjour et serons très heureux de vous accueillir de nouveau.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung wirkt kürzlich renoviert und ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zu Details (Bilder) eingerichtet. Sie ist funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet, was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Der Balkon ist zum Frühstücken im Freien am Morgen ein Wohlfühlort. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht, die Infrastruktur vor Ort bietet alles Notwendige. Die Parksituation in Wohnungsnähe bzw. im gesamten Ort war an den Osterfeiertagen sehr schwierig.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war überragend, bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Preise nicht maßlos steigen.Den Vermieter haben wir nicht kennengelernt, die Kommunikation verlief über ein örtliches Immobilienbüro, das war in Ordnung.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung überaus empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage, fußläufig zu den Stränden von Varigotti.Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, allerdings gibt es keine Mikrowelle, entgegen den Angaben. Für uns unproblematisch, wir brauchten eh keine. Varigotti hat einige super schöne Strände, wovon einer über einen Bergpfad hinter dem Haus erreichbar ist - leider erst spät entdeckt, aber richtig schön in einer abgeschiedenen Mini-Bucht. Für den Check-In die Geschäftszeiten der Immo-Verwaltung beachten! Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder :)
