Basecamp was one of the most cost-effective places we’ve stayed. While the home is on the smaller side, it is well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was our favorite feature. The property sits on a corner lot with a huge backyard and a shaded front yard, making it a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. As pet owners, we greatly appreciate that pets are welcome. If the entire backyard were fully fenced, it would be an even bigger bonus. The neighborhood was wonderful, with exceptionally kind neighbors and excellent walking routes for dogs. There is also a very clean dog park just a few minutes away with separate areas for large/small dogs. The location is conveniently situated between Provo and Park City. The management team was professional, responsive, and accommodating. When we requested an iron, they promptly placed one on the front porch along with an ironing board so they wouldn’t disturb our stay. The AC worked perfectly. One minor observation is that communication is very thorough, which is appreciated, but there are quite a few automated messages regarding trip updates, extensions, early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional services. While helpful, it can feel a bit more like a business transaction than a traditional host experience. That said, the property offers something we truly value: privacy!!! Overall, this was a STELLAR STAY, and we highly recommend Basecamp to others!!!
