It’s a beautiful, historic home right off the water. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked. Eric was fantastic to work with. The only thing you need to know is the parking situation is rough. The immediate street allows for two hour parking, and you cannot request additional time on the same day. There are municipal parking lots you can use, and they are both pretty nice and the walk is safe. You see more of the downtown area this way too.

Wonderful location. Easy walking to downtown restaurants, shops, city docks and USNA. Enjoyed spending time on front porch and swing.Comfortable beds and home like atmosphere.No need for a vehicle, but if you have one, parking garage is just a few blocks away.

This is a great house in a perfect location. Steps to great restaurants and shopping yet quiet and comfortable. Also, the most stocked kitchen we’ve seen out of the dozens of homes and condos we’ve rented across the country. Management company quickly replied to our questions. Highly recommended.

Front porch and back porch was filthy, couldn't use hottub, chairs ripped, branches, leaves, grime were everywhere out back. Had to clean front porch to just sit outside. Found prescription pill in a bowl in cabinet. Air conditioners upstairs and in second bedroom did not work. No hot water in larger bathroom.

Since your stay we have cut back the trees, which has helped with tree debris, and have both patios professionally maintained on a regular basis. We’d like to clarify that the air-conditioning unit and hot water heater were determined to be in working order during your stay. It may have simply been a matter of getting familiar with the AC controls, and we certainly understand that these things aren’t always intuitive. We provide instructions in the home as well as in the check-in information, and our team is available 24/7 to walk guests through anything they may have questions about. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped right away and made your experience more comfortable.
