Beautiful and fun stay

My family of 17 had the best time and stay at this beautiful piece of property. Panhandle getaways was amazing to work with. We used their service that was provided for stocking groceries which was a true blessing! The house was gorgeous and we had a view of the beach with very easy access to it.

Clean home very comfy beds and relatively easy walk to the beach not very far at all and also where we were the beach wasn’t overly busy we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would def come back to this house to stay again!

Beautiful property perfect for our family of 12 including 3 grandchildren. Children loved the pool, close location to the beach and the beach chairs and toys included at the house. The location was perfect next to the grocery store and dounuts, pizzas and burgers. The only negative we had was teh elevator in the house was broke when we arrived. The main area is teh top floor which is 40 steps from the lower level. This got old after carrying everything upstairs ( luggage, groceries, children) and down the stairs. Anyone with issues doing stairs this property isn't for you. Other wise we would stay here again.

The house was absolutely amazing for my family and I. Beautiful with beautiful views of the ocean. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and come back for lunch very easily. Right next door to the donut shop and grocery store. Amazing stay.

This house was beautiful with lots of room. Having lots of girls space was a must, especially the bathrooms. Location was perfect - entrance to the beach was right across the street as well as a donut-coffee shop basically next door.

Great stay!!

With a little grocery shopping, we had everything we needed for a weeks stay to enjoy Thanksgiving. The pizza and ice cream shop next door was delicious and convenient. As well as the nice grocery store down the street a half mile. The only knock at all was the hot tub kept shutting off, but they were responsive each time it failed. I would definitely stay there again!

This property is wonderful, the pictures are very accurate. The view of the beach is amazing. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck early in the morning watching the waves. The swimming pool and the hot tub was a plus we really enjoyed it. I will return to this rental property again.

This house was the perfect fit for our multi-family vacation. Everyone had their own space. The house was beautiful and looked exactly as shown in photos online. We had a couple minor issues during our stay. I texted the numbers I was given at check in and received very quick responses each time. Everything about our stay was great!

What a view!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was located just across the street from the beach, next door to Thomas donuts and just a few short blocks from a grocery store. The pool in the back was small but so refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The view from the main living area (on the third floor) was fabulous and you had also a beach view from one of the bedrooms on the second floor. There is an elevator if navigating stairs would be too difficult. I loved this place!

The property was beautiful but as a VRBO user on my property, I feel the following comments may make for better future stays 1.The overall cleanliness was not the best **Living room furniture is visibly soiled where legs and arms rest** several cooking pans were disgusting and had to be xtra washed to use*** we had bugs in the sink at checkin 2.Supplies were scarce-we all flew in and there was no help with coffee/filters-one trash bag/one dishwasher soap/aluminum foil and saran wrap would have been nice/salt and pepper.

Excellent property to stay in

We absolutely loved this property. Across the street from the beach. We were able to get up walk and then stop at the wonderful donut shop next door. Sooo good. We were a group of 70+ seniors who have been traveling together for a few years now. My only complaint was there was no hand rails to enter or exit the hot tub. It made it a little difficult for us . You had to make sure someone was out there to help you get in and out. The bedding was the absolute best. We slept so well. We definitely will be coming back.

Average stay at the property

Overall stay at the property was pretty average. House is primarily a 4 bedroom house and the 5th room is just bunker bed with kitchen. Hot tub didn’t function for most part of our trip. Response from property management was decent to the questions Living room couch and carpet is untidy and not well kept. Pool had lot of bugs and dirt. Overall , I feel the property needs more care and cleanliness for a comfortable stay. Location of the property is great. 2 min walk to beach, grocery store, ice cream store and good breakfast place.

Have to say the house was just perfect for our family. Plenty of room, beautiful views and beach just across the street The pool and hot tub was not warm. It took two days. They did not have record of our payment even though it was paid prior to check in. Property Manager did get it straightened out . The grills burners were not working well either. Otherwise, this property was wonderful.!!

Amazing location

A group of 8 of us (4 couples) stayed here. We each had our own bedroom with our own full bathroom. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the heated pool (make sure you request the heat turned on before you go, it does cost extra). Easy walk to the beach and right next door to an awesome donut/ice cream shop. They had some beach and pool accessories for us including a wagon to take to the beach. The grocery store is also an easy walk just .3 miles away. The views from the balcony were incredible. During our stay we sustained a bad storm that knocked the power out for a few hours due to a utility pole that caught on fire. This didn’t affect our stay at all. Plenty of room for us to enjoy some indoor games and still have amazing views. They were very responsive to any questions we had no matter what time is was. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful remodeled home with plenty of space and great location. The pull out queen bed was broken when we arrived and there was no bedding for it in the house. The dumpsters were also completely full when we arrived. Numerous attempts to contact the number provided and email were unanswered until the last day when I was told to leave all our trash in the garage. Then I received notice that I had been charged for the trash and had to re-explain it all again to get them to remove the charge. House was great, communication was poor.

Misleading but Still Enjoyed Ourselves

First of all this is a 4 bedroom with a bonus room, not a 5 bedroom with a bonus room. So we were shorted a bedroom we were not prepared for and that was very off putting. The Hot tub was freezing as was the pool. It was not disclosed it was extra charges to turn the pool on. We had no problem paying the charges but wish we knew so it was turned on for us right away, took two days to fix and we were only there for 4. We also complained the bonus room bathroom for the pool the indoor lock was broke and when you closed the door it could only be open from the outside so people couldn’t go to the bathroom without someone there to let them out. They said they’d send someone and never did. Outside of that, the place was beautiful and convenient.

We are also sorry to hear about the issue with the lock in the bonus room. It will not open from the outside if it is locked, and our maintenance team has informed us that it is functioning properly.
