Had a wonderful staycation for my dog and me. Very quaint, convenient apartment close to everything in downtown. Pat was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
What an amazing apartment, with parking in downtown Frederick. Located in the heart of shopping, restaurants, and the canal. I‘ll definitely book with Pat again. She’s wonderful.
Great stay in the heart of Frederick. Owner, Pat is a true gem. Will definitely stay again. Only recommendation is to bring a noise machine or ear plugs if it’s a weekend night.
Great location in the heart of downtown Frederick. The parking spot 2 blocks away is key. If you want a city experience this is it with the bars, restaurants, and the shops steps away. The street noise is loud in the living room but quiet in the bedroom.
We had a wonderful time and this apartment is close to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Pat’s communication was great and she made us feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things and absolutely recommend this VRBO. We will definitely stay here again.
Perfect location. Property was clean and comfortable. Host was very welcoming. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Frederick.
I needed a place to stay away from home, as I recovered from a cad cold, as I am a caretaker for my mother. The location is perfect for access to the best of Frederick. The home is well-equipped. Host suggested to close the bedroom door to reduce street noise, and that worked. I was perfectly happy to sip my tea on the couch and read; but if you visit, so many treasures outside the door, including Pat's boutique below. My only issue, is that I knew parking in downtown Frederick would be an issue. Spoke with Pat, and we cleared the air, but parking is two blocks from the condo. I suggested changing the wording to "parking available" not "parking onsite". I will definitely stay here again, or put family who are visiting here.
We were in town from Charleston, SC for a wedding that was being held at Brewer’s Alley across the street. The location is fantastic - close to shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. really enjoyed being in the mix of everything!
We had a short but pleasant stay in Frederick. The apartment is centrally located downtown close to restaurants, shops, and amenities. Pat was a wonderful host!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Frederick. The apartment is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is very comfortable--we slept very well. Pat, thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend.
We had a very nice stay at this location. It's very centrally located and provided everything we needed. The host was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
A cute apartment, incredible location, and superb Host. Miss Pat is wonderful person, and her shop below the apartment has some really cool clothes! Would definitely stay again.
This is the perfect spot to explore downtown Frederick! Everything you could want within walking distance. I’d highly recommend this and look forward to staying there again.
Stay was comfortable. Apartment had all that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Location was amazing, very convenient to all downtown locations. Host was communicative and easy to partner with. Only challenge was the parking. The property has multiple parking spots, but they were taken up by others both nights (people who shouldn't have parked there). While the host was extremely helpful and worked out alternative parking for us, it was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I would stay again since the location is so great, but I would ask for instructions on what to do and where to go should the spots be taken that doesn't require late night communication or confusion.
