Walk to the canal and downtown!!! Cozy 1880 Fully Renovated townhome<br>

Downtown historic buildings have always fascinated me and I love to restore them back to their original beauty. We torn this house down to the studs and renovated everything. This home is close to the canal and about a 10 min easy walk to downtown. Close enough to enjoy all Frederick has to offer and tucked away on a quiet street.
You will feel right at home here. The mattresses are amazing! You’ll have your best night sleep! It has been set up as if we were going to live there. It has everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to stay home. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown. If you need to you can call an Uber anytime. There is also a MARC train in town if you want to go into DC without the hassle of driving. I hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

We toyed with the idea of staying at at hotel - not as close to downtown - and I'm so glad we opted to stay at Danny's place. It was super cute and quaint and we definitely appreciated all of the very convenient touches, especially the fully stocked coffee bar. Prior to our stay he was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful, quiet historic building close to everything!

We had a great stay in Frederick in this quaint, historic building. Lovely and clean space, quiet street just outside the main streets where you can find great bars and restaurants. Definitely within walking distance to downtown and parking was super convenient and easy. I would definitely stay here again- perfect for a couple.

This row house was perfect for two people. Super convenient to Marc train station and an easy walk to Carroll Creek greenway and all of the wonderful restaurants in downtown Frederick.

Great place. Does have 1 bathroom which we already knew. Worked out well. Would prefer maybe small L shape sofa so more than 2 people can sit back and watch tv.

I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy.
I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love!

Why they chose this property

I loved the quiet artsy street this house was on. I needed a lot of love. I knew it was a diamond in the rough. This property was completely renovated in 2018. It is walking distance to the canal and lots of restaurants and bars. Its so easy to get around from the house. The house is super cozy and feels very comfortable.The street is quiet but very colorful and artsy looking. Kinda tucked away in its own little area.

What makes this property unique

This house is totally brand new. Renovated down to the studs and super clean. The house is super close to downtown Frederick. If you have never been to Frederick before you are in for a treat! There are so many great restaurants, theaters, bars, and lots of shops to keep you busy. It really is the small town feel.
