I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy. I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . I loved the quiet artsy street this house was on. I needed a lot of love. I knew it was a diamond in the rough. This property was completely renovated in 2018. It is walking distance to the canal and lots of restaurants and bars. Its so easy to get around from the house. The house is super cozy and feels very comfortable.The street is quiet but very colorful and artsy looking. Kinda tucked away in its own little area.
