The house itself is gorgeously decorated. There were just a few small mishaps that need to be ironed out, but nothing major. The first is that there was no guestbook and we could not figure out how to get the microwave to work to save our lives! The second was there were no spare sheets for the "couch" bed, which is really just a folding cushioned couch that sits on the floor. When we asked for sheets the manager was insistent that the cleaning crew left spare sheets above the cabinets in the kitchen but we only found spare towels and 1 spare duvet cover. No sheets and the manager never corrected this during our stay after multiple messages. Other than this our stay was lovely, but for the price we expected the kinks to have been worked out better. Once those things are smoothed out I think it will be a 5 star experience!

Disliked: Communication
While this was a nice big house that fit all my guests, I do not recommend staying at this house because of the property manager. The front door key lock stopped working during my stay which I reported to the property manager. We were unable to lock or unlock the house from the outside and we had to climb over the fence to enter through a back door late at night. The next morning, I told the property manager we had to leave the house and that we couldn’t lock the door. She lied and said she was coming to the property in 30 minutes. By the time I returned 6 hours later, she had not come to fix the door and the house was left unlocked for 6 hours. The front gate was also broken so our belongings were completely at risk of theft. She claimed that the house alarm was enough security but it did not prevent us from entering the unlocked front door and would not have stopped theft. Once she finally fixed the front door, she refused to take accountability for her actions.Otherwise, the house matched the photos. There was no full length mirror and we had to ask cleaners to come the first day because the outdoor furniture was dirty and moldy.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest safety and comfort seriously and would like to clarify a few points. During the stay, there was an unexpected battery issue with the front door lock. When contacted late at night, we immediately reviewed the security cameras and the guests accessed the home through the open side entrance; at no time did they need to climb or jump a fence. The following morning, we were informed the lock was still malfunctioning and advised that we would attend the property. The home remained monitored through its alarm and exterior camera system, and we arrived that afternoon and repaired both the front door lock and temporary gate issue. Regarding the outdoor furniture, when the guests expressed concern, we promptly sent our cleaning team back for an additional detailed cleaning. We remained responsive throughout the stay and also provided complimentary flexibility with check-in and check-out. We are glad the guest confirmed that the home accommodated their group and matched the listing photos, and we remain committed to providing a clean, secure, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
