The open-concept layout features a spacious living area, inviting dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking in or enjoying takeout from local favorites.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side of the home, guests can enjoy the privacy this home offers. The back yard is a it’s own oasis. Enjoy a quiet nap on the hammock under our huge oak tree, sit on the deck and just check out the bird life or read a book. Cook out on the grill or unwind around the backyard fire pit. Sunsets on the front porch are spectacular.

Location- Nestled near top Lewes spots like Station on Kings, Mr. P’s, Lewes Brewery, and Big Oyster Brewery, you’re also just steps from boutique shopping, local spas, and miles of scenic walking and biking trails. 2nd Street is Lewes’ “Main Street” where you will find additional shopping and fabulous restaurants. Best of all you can leave the car behind! 2nd Street is only a mile away along a lovely, well-lit stroll down historic Kings Highway. Lewes town beach is just another half of a mile away.

Wonderful location and 5 min drive to the beach. The house was perfect for a girls weekend with 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8, 5, 2). Big backyard for the kids to play and house was the perfect amount of space. Joe was super nice and quick with responses. Will stay again!
