Located just a few miles from Tyler, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. This enchanting property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether lounging on the pier, catching fish in the lake, or relaxing in a hammock and stargazing is your favorite way to unwind, this home has it all. It offers modern amenities, comfortable living spaces, games, outdoor grill, patio, and so much more. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

This nature lovers get a way is on a cul de sac and will offer you a peaceful and quiet stay. Watching the birds, ducks, and turtles is one of our favorite things to do. It's a short drive to shopping, restaurants, universities and hospitals making it conveniently located.

Fishing from the pier and shoreline are permitted. It is catch and release. No boats, kayaking, paddle boards allowed. Swimming is permitted. No Diving from pier!! Life jackets are available.

Beautiful place! The lake was gorgeous and calming, we had a group of girls stay here and it was perfect for us! And not too far from the spots we wanted to visit in Tyler! Will definitely be back someday!

Very tastefully decorated. Beautiful view. Grounds were well manicured. Lots of games for family to enjoy. Comfortable beds.Need tvs in bedrooms and king bed. Very convenient to shopping. Relaxing atmosphere. Wish we could stay longer. Host was fabulous!!

Julie’s communications were thorough and helpful. Instructions were clear. The property was exactly as shown in pictures: beautiful, clean, well-stocked. The house is truly lovely— clearly great care has gone into the decorative touches and the space was great for us (4 friends in our 50s).

Labor Day Weekend 2026. This is one of the most delightful VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. No words to express how thoughtfully decorated and equipped for a perfect stay. If you wanted it, it was available and then some. The home was spotless, welcoming, charming and comfortable. Sunset on the lake was so peaceful and serene. It was so sweet to see the little family of ducks and beautiful swans. We were in the area for a birthday weekend and had wonderful service and food at some of the local restaurants. We also visited the zoo, escape room and drive through safari. All of the locals are very friendly and the activities were worth the price. Can’t wait for another 3 day weekend so we can make our way back!

It's peaceful with beautiful scenery, away from the busyness of the city. The house is a nature lovers paradise. There's wildlife to watch, beautiful sunsets and a large yard for family yard games. The dock provides a great spot for relaxing and fishing for bass.

What makes this property unique

The house is nestled lakeside and has a lot to offer for a private, relaxing vacation. There's plenty of outdoor space with chairs for relaxing, patio table for al fresco dining, hammocks for star gazing, and solar string lighting around the perimeter of the backyard. It's the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.
