Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of used towels. Start Dishwasher
Remove all perishable food
Turn off mini split units in both bedrooms and leave living room one on 76 in summer and 68 in winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including illegal drugs) also including vaping inside of the house. No illegal drug use of any type
No parties, only registered guests allowed on premises. Only registered guests that are listed on the booking allowed on property
Any and all damages caused by guests will be charged to guests. Any violation of any of the rules will result in a $300.00 fine.
