In season pool, fireworks every Thursday night, amusement park, paddle boat lake and park, board walk, beach, pier, and restaurants. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean Coffee maker, Dryer filter, and oven if used. clean/wipe refrigerator and remove everything except baking soda, ice.
Return Parking Passes and pool key if used to Draw next to Refrigerator
Return Refrigerator to lowest setting, Hallway thermostat to 78F cool summer or 65F heat winter, turn stove/oven and hot water heater circuit breaker behind 1st bedroom door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Near the end of the beach where the pier is located and the best surfing is. Also has least amount of traffic.
What makes this property unique
Large top balcony with best views. Can even see the fireworks from town from the right side of the balcony on Thursday nights in season.
