About this property

CORAL SURF E-1 OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM CONDO

Oceanfront end unit on the first level with only sixteen steps to climb. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has two full private baths and a full size washer and dryer. Reserved parking for two small vehicles or one large SUV. Small community pool is located on this side of the building. Private walkway to beach with outside shower. We supply all bed linens, bath towels and paper products free of charge. We have free internet service and wifi.

Parts of June, all of July and early August rent from Saturday-Saturday only. However, exceptions can be made.

Coral Surf has a no pet policy and the entire condo complex is a smoke free zone.
Grilling, trailers and feeding birds from the balcony are not permitted.

Grilling, water crafts, and trailers are not allowed. Electric golf carts are not permitted to be at the building.
You are only allowed to have up to two vehicles at the building at any one time.. A gas powered golf cart counts as one vehicle.
