There are two homes on this property. The front house retreat is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax and make yourself at home.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★★★NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS★★★
Please be advised of the following NON-NEGOTIABLE penalties for violations or loss of property. These rules are strictly enforced to maintain the integrity, safety, and proper functioning of our facility:

★Absolutely NO VAPING/SMOKING★
Violation will result in an automatic $1,000 fine.

★Loss of Garage Door Clicker★
A $500 replacement fee will be charged for each lost clicker.

★Loss of TV Remote(s)★
A $100 replacement fee per remote will apply for any missing or damaged remote controls.

★ ADDITIONAL NOTESL ★
1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides outside. Please keep doors shut, whether near or far from the house, at all times.
4. Board Games must be neatly stowed away after use. Will incur $100 fine if board games are not kept reasonably tidy.
5. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $250 fine per remote.
6. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
