Great location!!! Fun and comfortable home for families. Beautifully remodeled. You will have the house all to yourself!
Nearby delicious restaurants and markets. A short drive to the Los Angeles Zoo, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and the famous Hollywood sign. Walk to park, AC in all rooms, 5 parking spaces, outdoor pool, BBQ, huge back yard, huge outdoor sitting areas, kitchen, and the house is fully furnished, The house has an amazing spacious feel and great energy.

In our opinion, the best way to tour LA is by renting a car or using an uber.

No parties in any kind, no large gatherings, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music
Per LA short-term rules quite a time is at 10 pm

Please make sure that you book the right amount of guests

Hollywood Home

Great location to universal Studios and everything that Hollywood has to offer plus very close to Six Flags magic mountain. Home was just as described in the listing, recently renovated very clean and everything that you would need. The host were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay

Liat was very easy to communicate with. The pool was a plus. Sitting outside with morning coffee and watching hummingbirds and dragonflies was so relaxing. Bathroom and kitchen appliances were old but completely clean. Beds were comfortable.

It's NEWLY REMODELED, so everything is pretty much brand-new.
It has a big and private backyard with a large swimming pool.
The location is fantastic! just minutes from Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown L.A., Griffith Park, Venice Beach, the famous Hollywood sign, and much more.
Our street is small and quiet. Driveway parking for up to 5 cars.
We raised our 4 children with love there so it's full of Good-Vibes!
