What makes this property unique
A three bedroom with high ceiling, 3 full baths and a powder room, spacious closets and so much more. Each room has its own uniqueness to it only a VIP Guest can put into words from their experience. The home has great features such as smart-lock on every room door and entry, four outdoor surveillance camera system, ADT security alarm system and a 75” flat-screen tv for your entertainment needs. The second floor entering through two very tall black double doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the downtown Houston skyline with a coffee bar and some delightful treats made available just for our special guests of honor. A car garage with smart access capability that seats two vehicle, putting you and your property in a safe worry free environment while visiting Houston.
