Couldn’t get in the lobby to enter the room with the app nor the key fob, had to walk to the 6th floor and take the elevator down every time. The host was in contact with me which was very nice. Just inconvenient.

Thank you for the review. While there were difficulties with the app to open the door, I attempted to walk the guest through the process; however, the guest stated, " Don't worry about it. I even expressed that we needed to work out his issue to no avail. It is a new system, and the three guests before him were able to work it out. Travis was a good guest; a phone call could have solved his problems, providing him with 5-star service.
