Excellent host! The home was immaculate and every detail was thought of. So many wonderful amenities. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Utica or surrounding areas. If we are headed that way again, we plan on booking a longer stay. Thank you Angie for everything!

Needed an overnight place to stay for three people heading north to the Adirondacks. This place was a little cottage gem. Check in/out was very easy and communication with the host, Angie, was excellent.Lovely decor and homey feel. Attention to detail as far as things a traveler might need or not think to pack was impressive.Each bedroom had its own tv allowing for three people to have their own space. Third bedroom is upstairs. The living and dining area were set up nicely for time together. Kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, utensils, spices, condiments), has a cafe level coffee bar, and having six eggs, cream, and butter was a uniquely nice touch. The one bathroom had a nice shower and hot water to handle three adult showers one after the other.Did not have an opportunity to enjoy the fire pit out back and did not need to use the laundry room downstairs.Will definitely use this rental again.

Angelica’s place was a true oasis during a very stressful move (with our furry kids) from Ohio to NH! Angelica was so responsive and accommodating as our timing for check-in changed more than once. Her home is adorable, incredibly clean (even being a pet friendly place!), and so very comfortable! We felt safe in the neighborhood, which has sidewalks, making it easy for walking the pups. Angelica went above and beyond to make sure our cats & dogs felt at home! They loved the pet beds (of all sizes!) and so many little extras that she provided for them! There was coffee for us - and a super comfy bed as well (which was all we really needed at that point). We felt very much like real guests in her home. Thank you, Angelica!
