Great Location - Clean and Cozy

We stayed for a couple days over spring break - with our three teenage boys - had plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Bus Stop right outside the building which is convenient.

Loved our little spot on the creek and walking path. When you are inside the apartment it feels like you’re in a cozy cabin in the woods. We even saw a black bear one morning!

Poor experience

The experience was very poor. couldn’t get the Internet to work. Try to reach The owner. Never got a call back. Dog hair was everywhere. Bedding on the beds was not clean. It had dog hair all over it as well. We had to rewash bedding to be able to sleep. One of the chairs was broken. Just wasn’t a great experience.

From the owner: We were surprised and disappointed that you were not able to get a hold of us. We pride ourselves on being available for our guests and any needs that may arise.We are pet-friendly and dog owners ourselves, and have considered making the rental a no-pet location because of the pet hair. We take cleanliness very seriously, and our cleaners do a great job, but once in a while, there is evidence of a dog at the property. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Ok but could be better with a little effort.

I brought my wife and 8 year old son up for a few days of skiing over spring break. We've stayed in Winter Park/Fraser for similar trips in the past. The condo was nicely updated, clean and most amenities were included (the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and even coffee). With the large bed in the bedroom and the pullout couch there was plenty of room for the 3 of us but more than 4 adults would be cramped. The sectional couch provided a lot of space to relax and watch TV after skiing. A few things would make this place better ... 1. The last minute (day before) change in check in time from 4 to 5 was unfortunate. The explanation of it being spring break and the cleaning person being overwhelmed was kind of unacceptable. 2. This place is pretty small with minimal storage, especially with bulky ski wear. Access to a closet would easily remedy this. 3. There was no soap to use in the shower, aside from half used hotel bottles. Providing a cheap bottle of Suave body wash would be easy to do. Other condos we've stayed in here have done this. 4. A note from the owners/manger detailing things like where to find the pool key, what to do before checking out etc would be nice. 5. The key card to the pool didn't work. 6. Given that the clubhouse doesn't provide towels, consider providing a few more towels for use at the pool.

Perfect condo in downtown Winter Park

Loved this little spot! It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and our dog! Great location, right in the middle of downtown Winter Park. We could walk our dog to the brewery and it was only a 10 minute drive from skiing at Mary Jane. The couch was so comfortable, we enjoyed the fireplace and I absolutely loved the kitchen! It had everything we needed.

Beautiful but a bit small

It was a tight squeeze for our family of four (esp. the eating area) with no closets or robe hooks, but everything was lovely. Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy king bed, nice sofa and TV, and beautiful club house. Loved hearing the stream nearby and doing a little fishing. Check in and out was a breeze. Very nice condo community.

Super cozy condo in a great location.

Super cozy condo right in downtown Winter Park. Everything was less than a 2 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, entertainment and shopping. Less than 10 mins to Winter Park Resort. Right on the Lift line. Loved loved the fireplace. Took advantage of it nightly. Bed was super comfy and loved the jetted tub. Everything was wonderful! Thanks so much! ❤️

Cozy & Convenient

Very nice place, super convenient with the Blue line shuttle taking you right to the base on Winter Park. Quarters were a little tight so I would not recommend more than the allotted people in the house. Jason was super responsive with a couple questions we had on the TV and bathroom so overall it was a great experience!!

Convenient and cozy

Overall, I was happy with our stay, it was very comfortable and cozy. That being said, there were things that I believe could have been better. Some "essential" items that would have been appreciated upon arrival were not available, such as soap in the shower or simple cooking items like nonstick spray for use with the pots/pans that REQUIRE it as they are NOT nonstick. This is the first condo we've ever stayed in, and we've been in a lot, where some items weren't left from previous guests to use for dinner prep or where a bottle of shower gel or "travel size" bottles weren't left for the weary traveler to use after a long trip. I also could not find a pot holder to save my life. Every time I used the oven, I had to use a kitchen towel. If they were there, I have no idea where they were because I searched. The master bedroom also only had one lightbulb in the overhead lamp and needed 3 replaced. There were no available light bulbs in the condo that we could find. In addition, I did not appreciate the lack of security between us and the condo next to us. There was a door in the master bedroom that I believe should've been locked, but wasn't. When I opened it up, you could see that the same door in the next condo was open as well, giving them free access into our condo. We simply kept our suitcases stacked in front of the door, but it's something that should've been locked before our arrival, as should've the adjoining door which was also open. We were able to lock that ourselves though. We did like the location, the locking system on the front door versus carrying a key, and the nice mattress on the pullout. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog. I would've liked to have been able to vacuum before we left, as I normally try to leave a place as we found it, but there was no accessible vacuum either.

Great condo!

Super clean condo in Winter Park with beautiful views on the porch outside. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked hot pads! The rec Center is fantastic with a clean indoor pool and whirlpools! There are no closets in the condo but a big dresser in the bedroom. We would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Pictures do not due this condo justice. It is very nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The location could not be better. Walk out the front door and stroll down the Fraser river trail, or connect with the Rendevous/Idlewild trail system right out the back door. Shopping and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The kitchen is great for cooking as well. After a fun, active day, the inviting couch beckons. Fresh mountain air and a comfortable bed make for the best night's sleep. Our host checked in and said hello, making sure we had everything needed for our stay. My dog and I had the best weekend hiking and relaxing. The condo grounds are immaculate with plenty of room to run and play. We spent some time sitting out on the deck, enjoying the fall colors and soothing sound of the river flowing by. As always, the saddest part is leaving. My dog and I hope to visit again soon.
