Sleeps 8. Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1450 sq ft condo with partial lake view and access to water’s edge within 200 feet of condo (a little farther when lake is low in fall and winter). Great bank fishing and accessible by boat. Large wrap-around covered deck with rocking chairs and swing overlooks the lake cove below.

Newly painted, new carpeting and all new bedding. Condo is fully furnished including high-speed cable internet hookup, a fully stocked kitchen, three big screen HD televisions with DVD/VCR players in great room and both bedrooms, YoutubeTV, charcoal grill/smoker, wonderful porch swing and rocking chairs overlooking lake. The unit is beautifully decorated with bright designer colors, Bev Bev Doolittle limited prints, wood-burning fireplace, and 20 ft high vaulted ceiling. (Only condo in Mt Harbor with 20 ft vaulted ceiling.). Guest bedroom has Bev Doolittle prints.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has four twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in great room will sleep two children.

Cabin was wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, and all the furnishings you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect near the end of the road so vey little traffic. Easy access to the lake where we parked our boat. We also enjoyed the tennis court.

Nice Locatiom

This was a nice location close to the lake. Sleeping arrangements were just right for our family. We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. We stay at Lake Ouachita every year so we will keep this one in mind for next year.

Family fun

This place was very well kept! Some of the windows had been left open and there were a few bugs in the condo, but we dealt with it. I can tell that the owners have put so much work and love into this place. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay!

the Condo, 2bed 2 bath, was spotless, everything you could need, luxury bedding, thick towels shampoos.The Kitchen, was large with everything labeled, clean,multiple coffee, Keurig, she had the pods all there !The back porch which was covered and lovely, there was a porch swing, view of lake, soo very calming, we grilled out several times. I could have stayed longer, and will come back again.

Great place on the lake. Bring your boat.

Second time staying in this location. Great view and location. Nice porch looking over the cove. Deer in the yard every afternoon. No need to rent a slip for a pontoon boat or aluminum bottom. Rocky bank to beach and tie off to a tree walking distance to the cabin.

Amazing Location!

Fantastic location for the activities we had planned during our visit to Arkansas. Pretty much our little private oasis. Not only a great view of the lake, but just a short walk for early morning fishing. We loved all the families of deer. The condo has a very welcoming deck with plenty of seating and a couple of fans to keep things a bit cooler. The beds were very comfortable, too. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful with dining ideas. Loved the area, location and friendly atmosphere. Will stay again!

Lake Ouachita Condo felt like a cozy cabin

Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Prepared every meal for a week. Sleeps 6, but lots of room to space out for the 3 of us. We have been coming to Mountain Harbor for 38 years and keep our boat here. Since mom passed, and her house sold, we have found our new lake home in this unit! Wonderful view of forest and cove to walk down to.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and had a calming peaceful flow. The owner offered late check out since we had only the one night. This very generous offer turned the over nighter into a completely relaxing & much needed retreat! We are so grateful to have found this beautiful spot and being able to bring my little fur baby made this birthday one to remember. Would recommend for sure. It had something for everyone and we were blessed to have stayed.

Great location on Lake Ouachita

The location of this condo is awesome. Right on the lake on a dead end street. Walking distance to the shore line and we were able to tie our boat up in the cove Extremely clean and nicely appointed. Only slight issue is that we had to wait for access to the place BC the cleaning staff did not have it clean by check in. But it’s covid so I’m sure they are probably understaffed.

Home Away From Home

Definitely recommend this property for family time or a couple's getaway. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The sheets were so soft, and the beds were comfortable. There's ample seating for meals, movies, and hanging out. The wrap-around patio is big and extends the living space into this beautiful outdoor setting. The owners put a lot of thought and care into everything they did to make this place so wonderful. The location is great. We spent mornings til early afternoon sightseeing in Hot Springs, and late afternoon/evenings walking the property, bank fishing, grilling, and enjoying this serene setting. The Crater of Diamonds is not too far, and a beautiful drive. You won't be disappointed about staying here.

Peaceful piece of paradise

Went for our early spring break with our 4 kids. Few hiccups getting there but once there, it was beautiful. Consider adding the door code onto welcoming instructions. We drove around to 2 different places looking for a clubhouse to get keys (after our kid had gotten car sick), but this wasn’t needed. After calling, we got a code right away and found the place. Went during off season which was amazing! I can imagine this place is loads of fun during late spring, summer as well. Would highly recommend. Just better communication on how to access the place would be appreciated. Thank you again!

Great stay on the best lake!

This condo was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a three year old and an 8 month old. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy a home away from home. I will note the beds were comfy and that is something we hope for when choosing a place to stay. We rented a boat dock at the marina and going to and from the boat dock was an easy drive. We had such a relaxing stay enjoying coffee on the balcony. We even grilled steaks one night. Tip: if you are coming to stay in Mountain Harbor, it’s easier to go to the grocery store first in Hot Springs so you can have everything you need. The mountain harbor community is our favorite! Friendly people and great atmosphere. There is also a clean pool that both my kids enjoyed when we were taking a break from the lake. All around a great place to stay. Hoping to stay again with this owner. She was accommodating to us when we had to move dates due to an emergency. We have stayed in many other condos and this one has high ceilings and is a little more roomy than the others. Definitely comfortable for our family! Can’t wait to come back!

We purchased this property before construction was completed and put our touches on the decor. We continually update and redecorate to keep it beautiful and warm and welcoming. This is the only property I own and I enjoy keeping it in A-1 condition.

My property is very quiet and peaceful. It is located at the end of Vista Drive on a cul-de-sac so it is great for kids with very little traffic. The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and nature.

What makes this property unique

Located very near lake edge with good access and boat docking available in the cove below the deck. Walking distance to two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and basketball court. Grassy area below deck is great for yard games.
