This was a really pretty place. Decorated in a relaxing beach vibe. All of the rooms were immaculate nice linens and towels. This was also a pet friendly complex and it was very quiet and safe. Easy to get in and out and walk to the beach!Our host was always available to us if we had any questions Highly recommend

This is our 7th VRBO on a 2 month road trip and this is by far the best one! The location was great for dog walks to the beach (which is awesome!) and the privacy of the courtyard gave the place a sense of wonderful tranquility and safety with locked gates and easy parking in the rear of the property. The unit is beautifully decorated beyond what most VRBO’s are willing to do and the bed was very comfortable. Little extras like coffee, tea, spices, and even some drinks and snacks made for a warm welcome. We highly recommend this Santa Barbara gem!!

The condo is clean and modern. The appliances appear new. They provide a basket with wine and snacks, which is nice. They also had coffee and tea. Bath towels, wash towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and minor first aid supplies are provided. The beach is a 5 minute walk, so the location is hard to beat. The owner and property manager are pleasant, responsive, and helpful. You may want to consider bringing ice, because the freezer does not have an ice maker. They do have a stand alone ice maker, but it is small. The bedrooms get super warm and they are hard to cool off, so bring fans to pull the cool air from the living area into the bed rooms. Check out is super easy. Just turn off the lights and lock the door and windows, I would stay here again. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
