The perfect relaxing place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay! Very close to downtown Egg Harbor, and felt very serene in the woods. Had everything we needed lots of chairs, blankets, towels, kitchen was full of dishes and utensils. Will absolutely be back!

This house was in a great location, just a couple minutes from downtown Egg Harbor. The wooded location is very peaceful and quiet. It wasn’t the fanciest place, but everything worked, and it met our needs for the week. Communication with the owner was timely.

Serene environment!

Easy to find and communicate. So peaceful and wildlife (deer) in driveway in mornings. Lovely area. Looking forward to seeing what is done with continued property improvements. Would stay again- easy and good price point for the area.

A lot of the things around the place were held together by tape to keep them from falling. You could tell they are trying to fix things themselves. Getting into contact with the host was very difficult. We had a hard time with the WiFi and I never got that figured out.

Hd a group of 5 friends stay here for a long weekend. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for eating, playing games together, and relaxing by the campfire. Beautiful tucked away spot in the woods also gave us some privacy. We loved this listing and highly would recommend!!

Host sent me a text 4 hours before check in first asking for a pushed back check in then when I said No as he did not offer compensation (later check out, waive a portion of the fees), he said essentially, too bad cleaning won’t be done, you can check in at 5 when it was planned for 4.When I threatened to inform VRBO he agreed we could check in on time.

Advertised as a 5 star accommodation! Hah! More like 2! Pictures of the rental looked good but the real thing was a nightmare! Dusty, dirty, uncomfortable and the worst rental I have EVER stay in!!! Location was the best thing going for this place! Could be a great place if properly cared for, has lots of possibilities. I don’t believe the managing person lives in the state! Mu first bad experience with VRBO!

Secluded and private but not very well- maintained. The deck is in pretty bad shape and needs new gates. The inside was very functional and pretty clean. Good water pressure. Bottled water provided. Nice couches.

Relaxing stay

We stayed here in late May; 4 adults and our dog. Extra fee for dog. This was a relaxing stay close to things we wanted to do in Door County. Located on a very quiet road. Place was clean and well equipped with plenty of towels , and dishes . We like to cook and bake, and needed mixing bowls , measuring spoons and measuring cups that we couldn’t find . Place could sleep 8 with a king bed in master bedroom, 2 double beds in upper bedroom and another double in the loft. 2 1/2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The only suggestion we have is that the deck steps be repaired and the lawn cut. There were a lot of little things that were strange but not too bothersome , like the bathroom doors to the bedrooms wouldn’t completely shut. All appliances were in working order, and we enjoyed sitting by the backyard fire pit as well as sitting on the large porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Adequate, but a lot of rough edges. Garbage around the outside was reported but owner never replied. Nail heads poking out of kitchen floor, sliding door sticky and needs maintenance. Very overpriced for the quality.

This property needs a lot of maintenance. The deck needs to be completely redone, the yard needs to have a total clean up job weeds and trees so overgrown. The inside of the house the blinds were attached to the windows with duct tape same with the master shower towel holder. The upstairs bedroom door would not close. The door seemed like it was too large. The paint job in the home looked like a 5 year old painted the rooms along with missing trim. Really did not stay in the house when we were there only stayed to sleep. Property manager was terrible to get in touch with before our stay just to answer questions about what type of coffee maker they had so I could bring my coffee. Finally got an email from the property manager a day before we were to arrive.
