We traveled to the Charlo area for my uncles funeral. This house and the owners far surpassed our expectations. Heather and Jake were so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The house is amazing and the view breathtaking. We had family coming to visit all weekend and there was more than enough space inside and out. Our kids loved to play in the loft and especially on the paddle boats on the pond and on the swing set outside. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night enjoying the peaceful atmosphere; drinking coffee on the back deck in the mornings while enjoying the view of the mountains and the fresh air. This has been, by far, our favorite place we’ve stayed at when visiting MT. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you for everything, Heather and Jake!

Big Sky Country

We ran over to Charlo for a quick weekend trip. The property had everything we needed. Great communication with the Owners! The House is sitting on a very quiet, peaceful and scenic piece of land. Plenty of room for the kids to roam and play. Nice basketball court and some black top for scooters. They were very busy trying to find the turtles in the pond from the pedal boat! The two Barn cats are very friendly and Follow the kids around everywhere haha. The Bison Range (which you can see from the house) was awesome, highly recommend going there. We ventured to the Flathead River and the Clark Fork for exploring and fishing, very nice. We had pizza in Ronan at the Pizza cafe, don’t be in a hurry the pizza is worth the wait! Highlight was enjoying the morning sunrise, evening sunsets and watching the kids soak up a little slice of Montana, one of my favorite states to visit!
