Welcome to Its About Time! This is a four bedroom, three bathroom villa located in the more central part of the beautiful island of Saint John! This 2,500 square foot masonry constructed ridge top home has breathtaking views about 1,000 feet up overlooking Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands on one of the highest peaks on St John. On the other side you can look down at Maho and Francis beaches and also see the waves of Johnson Reef and St Thomas in the distance. Come enjoy the most beautiful sunrise and sunset on this unique property!
The white sandy beaches and turquoise blue waters are all so near with Maho Bay the closest beach with a less than five minute drive. You will have all you need for your trip to the many beaches including a variety of coolers, beach umbrella, beach towels and chairs.
This exceptional villa also features a beautiful, private swimming pool with a million dollar view of Coral Bay and the Caribbean! There is a steady tropical breeze that wraps around you like a warm hug! In your vacation home you will enjoy the perfect design for a romantic couple’s getaway or add friends and additional families to share a fun time together. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas while each bedroom also has individual entrances for privacy. The two master bedrooms on the main floor are located on each side of the kitchen/living area and each have king size beds with private bathrooms and attached outdoor showers. On the lower floor there are two additional bedrooms, one containing a king size bed and the other has two queen size beds. There is a laundry room and refrigerator for convenience. Located in between the bedrooms is a full bathroom, a recreation room highlighting a large screen tv for movies, games, and a futon sofa.
This very private villa is encompassed by extraordinary and magnificent hand laid stone walls created with local rocks from this mountainous terrain. Lush tropical foliage and landscaping add to the ambiance of this incredible property. It is only a 20 minute drive from the ferry. The roads to the villa are all paved and there is plenty of parking space.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and individual air conditioning units, which are often not needed with the natural refreshing breeze. The lower level is accessible by stairs located outside on both sides of the villa and has a complete wrap around deck that leads to the private pool area. The large pool features an impressive 12 foot high stone wall with inlaid lighting and local art work featuring Caribbean themed images. The perfect spot to cool off, relax with a book, or enjoy a refreshing cocktail hour with friends and family.
