Located at the Villas by the Sea Resort, you will have access to the community pool, kids play area, volleyball court, fitness center and boardwalk to the beach behind the Rockerfeller Building. Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.


Nearest Beach Boardwalk Crossover: Villas by the Sea South end crossover behind Rockefellar and Stanton buildings.


***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk or swimming pool.

This was a nice place. 30 feet to a great restaurant and 20 to the pool. Had a great time. Only issue was we were on the ground floor and we put up with noise above us 24/7 from a family with 2 children. There is no insulation between floors. At 69 and 67 getting woke up at midnight was not fun. But that is not the condos fault. It was very nice, had a nice time and will be back. Jekyll Realty is a great place to work with.

Convenient but no frills

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was convenient to where I needed to be for a conference every day. I am not sure I would book again though. The first day, we killed a large cockroach in the kitchen on the counter, and my husband and I both killed spiders, and there were quite a few little flying bugs in the condo as well. I get that we were close to the beach, but it just didn't seem clean. The inside shower curtain was orange along the bottom and just looked dingey. The bathtub didn't drain properly which left you standing in about three inches of water at the end of your shower. There was bust on every lamp that stretched to either the wall or the ceiling. General upkeep and cleaning just needs to be a little more thorough.
