The Space:
Welcome to The Azul Palms in Scottsdale! This home is your spot whether traveling for an event, a golf getaway, a hiking trip, spring training, or simply relaxing by the crystal clear pool with friends or family!

The private backyard oasis has a FREE heated pool (80 - 85 degrees), putt putt, 4 loungers, 2 umbrellas to keep you cool in the warm AZ sun, plenty of seating around the patio, full sized grill, cornhole, games, citrus tree, plenty of pool toys and extras!

The fully equipped kitchen is great for entertaining! The kitchen features a full size fridge & freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, all other major stainless steal appliances. A Keurig and drip coffee machine with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar all provided for your stay with many local and chain coffee shops in close proximity!

The recently updated interior has beautiful tile and vibrant, fun décor throughout! The living room has seating for the whole group, a brand new 65" in Samsung Smart TV, Samsung Bluetooth sound bar, high speed Wi-Fi throughout, and plenty of card and board games.

The home has 3 bedrooms - 2 king beds in the Master and 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom- 2 full bathrooms with all the essentials' provided.

If traveling by car the covered carport, driveway, and street has parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Washer, dryer, and cleaning essentials are all provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. There is one locked closet in the hallway for extra supplies and one locked cabinet in the laundry room that guests do not have access to.

Electronic door codes will be sent out prior to check in.

The pool is HEATED free of charge and will be heated between 80 to 85 degrees.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, all linens laundered, and sanitizing between each guest.

We have a professional pool cleaning company that services and cleans the pool once a week in order to maintain a sparkling clean pool and monthly yard care that maintains landscaping once a month. If you have any questions or concerns with this please contact your host.

We provide a starter supply of laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning essentials.

Interaction with Guests:
◆ We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations. ◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $10,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night. ◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest. ◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Solis Properties Portal prior to their check-in date.
