This property is a must for your stay and perfect for couples traveling together, family time or romantic getaway. Less than five minute drive to golf course and/or village of Pinehurst. Guests love the comfort and location of this property... (NOTE this was a PREMIER HOST property for several years until we took off the market for past nine months)!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash in proper receptacle marked “113”. ALL trash must be bagged and tied and place inside trash can and lid secured.
Please ensure thermostat is set to 72 upon departure.
Please hang ALL wet or used towels - do not leave in wet pile on floor!!
