House was beautiful and in a great, safe location. Amenities were stocked; I just wished the host had communicated to us that there was plenty of coffee, tea, creamer because I had purchased that prior to arrival.
Wonderful property! The pictures don’t even do it justice the house is gorgeous. Great stay. Just be mindful all the bunk beds in the picture are in one room so it’s 6 beds in total which is great just not in separate rooms in case you’re splitting groups of kids etc. location is wonderful and just south of all the real traffic. Loved the house!
The photos of this house don’t do justice to the true beauty of it. Our family felt so comfortable and safe here. The proximity to hiking and local dining made it easy for us to have a great spring break. I highly recommend this lovely home.
We stayed in Sedona April 1-6. Myself, my husband and 3 kids- ages 10, 13 & 17. Getting into the house was a breeze, even arriving in the dark. Kelvin, who was very quick to answer a couple questions I had, sent a message with everything we needed to know while staying at the VRBO. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed (except for a pizza cutter). We didn't cook much as we enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. Hiking was SO close by! We walked right out the door and were on a hiking trail only 2 blocks from the house. Having trails within walking distance was really nice as we saw many people struggling to find parking spots near trailheads. The location was absolutely perfect! Close to the lively downtown Sedona area but in a VERY quiet neighborhood. The peaceful neighborhood allowed us to sit out on the beautiful property and truly enjoy the amazing views! The hot tub was perfect too - it was clean and warm and jets worked great! It was fun to relax in the hot tub at night and see all the stars in the sky. We would love to rent again in the future -maybe with friends next time to check out some wine tours;) You won't be disappointed at this Sedona Sanctuary:)

Thank you so much for the glowing review! I’m thrilled to hear that you, your husband, and your kids had such a great stay at the sanctuary. It’s wonderful that you were able to take advantage of the trail access right from the front door—it really is the best way to beat the trailhead parking crowds!
I’m also glad you enjoyed the stargazing from the hot tub; the Sedona night sky is truly something special. I’ve taken note of the pizza cutter and will make sure the kitchen is fully stocked with one for your next visit! We would love to host you and your friends for those wine tours in the future. Until next time!
