Known as, The Perch, the tented platform is situated in a meadow adjacent to a vineyard and is surrounded with beautiful views of the green mountains. The canopy has ample room to stand although it is fairly crowded from the beds (see pic). The perch measures approximately 16’ in diameter with two twin beds and one double bed. The campsite has a picnic table, fire pit/grill, an outdoor camping shower and several Adirondack chairs. There is a self-composting outhouse a short walk away.
Please note: • There is no running water. T •No pets or parties. •Guests need to provide their own bedding/pillows. •There is no electricity. Guests will need head lamps. •This is a ‘pack in/pack out’ site. All food/ trash must be taken with you upon departure. Due to wildlife we encourage all food to be securely stored over night. •The tent is not bug proof as the opening doesn’t close and there is airflow at the base of the tent. •Firewood should be brought in but can be purchased in advance. Absolutely stunning spot, the first night we were a little worried about the canopy being very open with the front not zipping shut and the bottom being open all around but we had no issues whatsoever not even a worry. Totally awesome all around!
