This property was rated a 10/10 overall. This was such an inaccurate listing and disappointing. We had to switch rooms due to carpeting, heating/cooling until, broken shower, cleanliness. This was done quickly which was appreciated. After moving, the carpet was still sticky, the heating/cooling until loud noises throughout the night, refrigerator did not work - kicked off and on all day/night, the service elevator squealed loudly every time it was used. Overall a disappointment and frustration for how the listing was advertised. Loved New Orleans; however, would never recommend the property. I would have willingly paid more for a location that I new was going to be cleaner!!!
