Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom 2.5 bath house in NorthRiver Yacht Club. Located on a private cul-de-sac, this elite area home offers guests a tranquil retreat. It doesn’t get any closer to the Club, literally a few steps away from the Golf Club with a beautiful view of the 18th fairway. Also Walking distance to Lake Tuscaloosa and the Captain’s Cabin just down the street. The newly remodeled Barnacle drive home is the perfect place for friends or family to gather for a relaxing getaway, golfing, Alabama Football weekends, UA Graduation, wedding guests at the Yacht Club or any event that brings you to Tuscaloosa. You will feel more than welcome while staying here and not miss a moment of any of your favorite televised events watching one of our multiple Smart TV's throughout this home, including a fabulous 100” TV in the Den and a 50” TV on the Screened Porch.

If you love the outdoors, the patio is going to be your favorite place to hang out. Loads of outdoor spaces to choose from with the yard perfectly lit up with string lighting. A partially covered deck with a grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Relax in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, or sit inside the screened in porch with fans and watch the TV by a gas fire table. Sit back and watch the golfers go by to the 18th fairway or play a round of golf while visiting!

The Kitchen is equipped and stocked with all the necessities you would have at home. From drinkware to baking dishes, plates and flatware, utensils plus pots and pans to countertop appliances, we have it all including a Keurig Coffee Maker!
The University of Alabama is a short 10 minute drive from Northriver and Birmingham, Alabama can be easily traveled to in 45+ minutes.
NorthRiver Yacht Club is a Troon Privé private club of distinction and is owned and operated by Troon.

Weekend in Tuscaloosa

This home is beautiful and not far from the lake. The back porches offer nice views of the 18th fairway of the golf course and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The perfect weekend getaway.
