Newly remodeled and upgraded (Feb 2022) Tower 2, lower-level condo at the most sought-after resort in Panama City Beach. "Seas the Happiness" features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a gorgeous private balcony.

Our roomy living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streamline channels and HD service. But it's hard to compete with the best view: our floor to ceiling windows that overlook the amazing Emerald Coast and Gulf. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves and sip a cup of coffee each morning.

Our gorgeous renovated kitchen has granite countertops, a kitchen bar, and a dining table.

The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom that has granite countertops, double sinks, and oversized porcelain shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A queen fold-out sofa rounds out the sleeping accommodations for a max occupancy of 6.

For your convenience, we also have full-size washer/dryer, HDTV, Smart TV with streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu, free private wifi, plus we include complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and umbrella set up every day) with your rental. A seasonally-heated pool plus hot tub are located immediately in front of our tower, overlooking the surf. Or guests are welcome to use all the amenities of Edgewater Beach Resort, the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Worst Experience Ever

I am 50 and this is my first bad review. The property was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves, every dish was dirty and had to be washed. Our first day was spent cleaning and arguing with Terry who owns the unit. Our last day was spent arguing with her as our granite sink collapsed in the middle of the night and sounded like a gunshot. My husband and o cleaned up water everywhere and called her and she wouldn’t send anyone out to help us clean it up and or fix it:( We were celebrating my two year cancer free and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had and we never complain! We vacation every year and have lots of family and friends that do as well and we will never ever go back ! The resort itself was nice it was just our condo, the owner! It was horrible!

Perfect Stay!

The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable. We loved being on the 2nd floor so it was easy to take the stairs. It was a quick access to the beach, the pool and all of the resorts amenities. We took our 3 month old infant with us, so we spent a lot of time in the condo and the beach views from the kitchen and living room was the best. We very much enjoyed this condo and the owner of the condo was very good to work with.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo sits on the third floor right above one of the smaller pools so it's nice and quiet on the balcony, which was nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Owner responded very quickly when I messaged her with questions. Great condo! We had a great stay!

PCB Edgewater

The condo is very well decorated. The beds and bedding were very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Owner responded very quickly when I messgaed her. Great condo!

My name is Terri and first, let me say how excited I am for you to preview my home away from home. I grew up in Florida on the Atlantic. Owning my own beachfront condo has always been a lifelong dream of mine. In my opinion, there isn't a more exciting and relaxing way to vacation with family and friends than right here. After the kiddos came along, I decided to give the gulf a try, I always loved the beautiful clear blue waters the gulf offered and the feel of the vibrant white soft sand between my toes. I would alternate vacations between Destin and PCB, and it didn't take long before I realized that myself and my children had fallen In love with PCB and all it had to offer its vacationers.

I am excited to share my dream with each and everyone of you that rents my condo, so you too can experience the "home away from home" feeling while on vacation. My attentiveness to every renter, every question or concern that may arise from the time you are interested in booking to the time you depart will be answered and handled in a timely manner.

Why they chose this property

When I decided to start looking for a place to buy, I started by looking near Pier Park because it always seemed I ended up there every night doing what tourist do...eat and shop! A friend of mine who owned at Edgewater spoke so highly of the resort, its owners and all the amenities offered to everyone. After seeing all her beautiful posts of the lagoon pool and picturesque views of the beach and beautiful sunsets I knew this is where I wanted to look for my home away from home. After walking into what is now my condo, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, I wanted this unit!! look at that spectacular view!! You can see it from the den and kitchen. You can be mesmerized by its beauty no matter if you are sitting or standing in all the communal areas of my condo.

What makes this property unique

Seas the Happiness condo is ideally located in Tower 2 on a lower floor to truly soak up the beach and Gulf view. It's immediately beachfront and offers a seasonally-heated pool or guests can use the huge lagoon pool at Edgewater which is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant an array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--plus enjoy a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more. There is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
