Our building is located along major bicycle routes to destinations beyond the Pearl District: east to the bridges and riverfront trails, west to 23rd Ave restaurants and boutiques, northwest to forest park trails, and south to downtown, Chinatown, and the cultural district.

We are bicyclists and avid foodies, so the vibrant Pearl is an ideal place for us. We try to visit the unit ourselves once a month, and we thought we'd share it through VRBO renters during times when we're not there.
