Great property! The condo is located at the edge of the pearl district and along the Willamette River. I was there in May to the first week of June and took advantage of walks along the river. Communication was fantastic. When I had questions, they were answered quickly. You can walk to events at the Rose Garden or on the waterfront. Not to mention, happy hour or first Thursday in the pearl. For the negatives: Limited parking. The condo comes with one parking spot inside the gate. If you have any visitors, they will need to park on the street. Bridge noise can be loud at times. It didn't impact my sleep but it is loud. Trains.... There are times the route to downtown is blocked by train traffic. Need to plan trips to go the other way if needed.
