PARKING INFORMATION: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud and snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four wheel drive or all wheel drive essential for safe travel. Excellent location and beautiful views. Especially liked seeing the trees lit up with lights near the river while enjoying the evenings in the family room. Great being right next to 4oclock run for easy end to a day on the slopes!! Also just a short walk to shops and restaurants on Main Street. We’ll be back!

The location was excellent. It would have been nice to ski down to the property but the lack of snow inhibited that option. Nothing the owner can do about that factor. :) The condo was clean and neat. All the amenities worked. We had a great stay. Enjoy your stay!

The elevator was a game changer as I broke my leg, had to have surgery, and recouped for a few weeks with an amazing view of the Ice sculptures, lights and mountains in the background. Thanks for accommodating a bit of a late check out! I was useless to help and my husband had to do all of the trips to the car. We had all that we needed for our stay and the place was super clean! Will come again!
