Nine Vail Road Condos are located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian
Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short
walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage
parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the
cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is
waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

This one bedroom suite features 615 square feet of living space; queen bed; queen sofa sleeper;
full kitchen; deck and common area washer and dryer. Ski all day
and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out
and sent to them.

Great Condo

Fabulous location

We loved this rental. The Vail Realty team was super easy to work with and we found the parking, location, layout, amenities all to be exactly what we were looking for - and all in the heart of the village! One note: we stayed in early august and they are right you don't typically need AC, but with this unit being an inside facing first floor unit, it did get warm during the day and didn't cool off as fast as others we have stayed. We were out most of the time during the day so not a huge deal and we could always sit on the patio to cool down, but just want to note this.

Great, convenient Property

Great Property in a great location and a very reasonable price. The only issue was broken sofa bed. I reported this to the rental agency, and suspect that it will be replaced soon.

Cozy Warm Condo

Cozy Condo, stays warm very much with little heat. May need to bring your own kitchen towels, napkins & additional trash bags. The fore place makes a noise after a while, 1 bedside lamp was missing the switch, def need more info on how to work TVs but overall clean, easy access place! Heated garage too, but only for 1 car.
