Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Take trash to dump
- Load and run dishwasher
- Strip bed linens, and leave them in the master and guest rooms
- Wash one load of towels, and leave the rest by washer
- Return both beach chairs and place in front of outside closet door
- Lock all doors (return extra key to the lockbox)
- Sign out of TV
- Turn off lights
- Set thermostat to 74
- Return TV remotes
- Close all curtains
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
