In the heart of Tumalo we are in walking distance to all Tumalo has to offer. Only a mile from Tumalo state park and the deschutes river and 10 minute drive to downtown bend. Drive to my bachelor without going through any stop lights! Family friendly with huge game room, pac n play, high chair and toys, no pets, no animals and allergy free. No smoking, no drugs, no parties.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of this house. It's only 5 miles from our own house and you can walk to everything Tumalo has to offer, including Multiple restaurants/pubs, the deschutes river to swim or float.

What makes this property unique

It's in a quiet neighborhood but has such easy access to the main vein roads and highways which makes it to easy to sit back and relax or to take off on an adventure without driving a maze to get there. Drive to mt bachelor and back with out going through any stop lights!
