Our family is located in De Pere, Wisconsin. We enjoy time together, fitness, staying active outside and especially LOVE being at the beach.

We have stayed at this particular property over the years and were thrilled at the opportunity to purchase it based on its one-of-a-kind location with optimal privacy and direct beachfront access.
What makes this property unique
Situated directly next door to the expansive Point Beach State Forest, we have no neighbors to our south which provides for 6 miles of beach access and access to multiple forest trails just steps from the front-door.
Start your day on the beach with coffee or mimosa in hand enjoying a one-of-a kind sunrise. Continue your time on the beach, choosing fun in the sand and water or take a relaxing stroll being largely undisturbed in any adventure you choose.
Explore the woods on a variety of hiking trails starting at the edge of the property, with a few paths leading directly to the nature center and park. Trails are at an easy to moderate skill level and will provide the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife while also hearing the unique sound of the waves crashing in the background.
The area also boasts a rich maritime and lighthouse history which is sure to intrigue. When on the beach or observation deck you can see the buoys marking the Continental Shipwreck to the north. Rawley Point Lighthouse is within walking distance to the south.
