Located on a peaceful, nature-filled dead-end street, it's just a short walk to the marina and lift bridge. Enjoy stunning Lake Erie views—possibly the best view of the Ashtabula Lighthouse in town. The Space:
Welcome to the Cottage & Spartan RV Retreat!
Step into the cozy cottage living room, where you'll find a couch, TV, and a two-seat table—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while enjoying serene views of the Ashtabula Harbor and lighthouse, right from the window.
To the left, the guest bedroom features twin-size bunk beds and a convenient closet. The vintage-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and includes seating for four. Just off the kitchen, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, desk for remote work, and a private half bath.
At the back of the kitchen, you’ll find the full bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, plush towels, and luxurious soaps—along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Just steps from the cottage is the beautifully restored Spartan RV. Inside, you'll enter the living room with a queen-size pull-out couch, then pass through the kitchen with seating for four. At the rear, the RV’s bedroom features a king-size bed and a large TV—offering extra space for your group.
Outdoor living is equally inviting, with a front patio that includes a dining table, lounge chairs, and two fire pits—perfect for stargazing or evening conversations. Out back, you’ll find a kennel with two dog igloos and a large stainless steel table, ideal for cleaning the catch of the day after a fishing trip.
Whether you’re here to explore the area or simply relax, this peaceful retreat offers comfort, charm, and one of the best views of the Ashtabula Lighthouse in town.

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire property and won't see us unless you need something!
