This property was perfect for our needs, and in a great location right on the lake. Minh was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The home is clean and well-appointed!

We had a great stay at this home. There were a few issues that we encountered, but the hosts took care of everything promptly and were very responsive. Since the home is right on the water, there were a lot of insects, so we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony and outside spaces as much. Otherwise, the home was well stocked and everything else was as advertised.

We absolutely loved staying here! So much that we were looking for houses on Zillow by the end of our trip The location is still only 20 minutes from Dallas but makes you feel like you’re in another world. There are also great dining options within 5 minutes if you don’t feel like going into Dallas. I loved the vibe of the water it was SO peaceful even with three small children. I would stay here again and again! Thank you!

Family friendly, and spacious. The place was decorated beautifully, plenty of beds for large groups. The grill was definitely a hit, but being lakefront has its drawbacks, but nothing can be done being it’s just nature when you are that close to the water. Winter months this place will be amazing as well considering no bugs. Close to freeway making it easy to commute, would stay here again and again.

The property / location was beautiful but not cleaned and the property manager / owner did not clean the property of have it cleaned before our arrival for a mother's day vacation. The property manager / owner admitted they didn't do a walk thru or confirm that the home had been cleaned because she was tired the days before. The property manager / owner did refund us 300 off our stay and we agreed but to come into a property at this cost and have to clean an entire 3 story house with 3 beds, 3 1/2 bath, living, dining, kitchen and patio is ridiculous. The amenities that are available (grill, patio, egg chairs on upper and lower balconies) couldn't be used because the grill was rusted and there was no pest control at all inside or out. I think since there is a mandatory cleaning fee with all bookings, VRBO host should be required to do a video walk thru before check-in for the guest because the cleaning fee is not being used for cleaning it's just another way to up the rate. So some may say just stay at home and don't go and you are exactly right. Enjoy your home!!!
