Sleeps up to 6 — king, queen, and a living-room sofa bed — perfect for families or two couples. Free building gym, resort-style pool, on-site dining, and spa. Steps from Brightline, Metromover, Bayside, and Miami Worldcenter.



Please note: A mandatory building resort fee of $35/night is required (set by the building, not the host — see details below). Paid parking only.



The Space:

Space: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 950 sq ft, 39th floor, with private balcony.

Sleeps 6: King in the primary bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, sofa bed in the living room.

In the unit: Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, dedicated workspace, fast wifi.

Building amenities (included): Resort-style pool, fitness center, on-site dining, terrace, hammam, and spa (spa services available for an additional fee). Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is exclusively yours, with full access to the building's pool, gym, on-site dining, and spa.



A member of our team meets you in the lobby and walks you through arrival. The building will text you a registration link to upload guest IDs and pay the $35/night resort fee — you can complete this from your phone before arrival or do it in person at the front desk. Once registered, the front desk issues your unit key cards. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.



Note: this unit is privately managed (independent of any hotel program at the building).

Two blocks from the building, the Brightline high-speed train station offers direct service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando, so you can enjoy day trips around South Florida or even head up to Disney World.



For travelers coming from Miami International Airport, you can reach our destination via train for a smooth and efficient ride. For local travel, we also recommend using Uber for flexibility and ease in getting around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Mandatory resort fee: A $35/night resort fee is required by the building (not the host). It covers your access to building amenities including the pool, gym, spa areas, and other resort features. Paid at check-in via the building's text-message link or at the front desk. This is separate from your Airbnb booking total.



Check-in: A member of our team meets you in the lobby to walk you through arrival. Once you're registered with the building (ID upload + resort fee), the front desk issues your unit key cards. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.



Parking: This unit does not include parking. On-site valet is available (set by the building, hotel-style — no in-and-out, fee per exit). For a more affordable option, a public parking garage is available on the same block.



Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee — just let us know.



Amenity closures: Certain amenities or areas may occasionally close for events, maintenance, or weather. These are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control. No discounts are issued for temporary closures.
